Get some Support!Our suggestion would be to get yourself a sponsor. Preferably a smoker who has been smoke free for at least 6 months. Someone you can talk about the cravings with and who actually understands your pain and what you are talking about. Schedule regular meetings with your sponsor and have an agreement that you may telephone them for moral support or advice at any time. They can help by reminding you that it is possible to quit smoking as they are living proof and how good they now feel. |
